	PF = Participation Factor.  Four (4) means each member or substitute member of a foursome
	played each week.  For each week a member/substitute of a foursome did not play and did not
	release his tee time, one tenth of a point was subtracted from 4.0.
	For groups wishing to make a change and your group has a higher PF number, you may
	request to be moved to a tee time within four places of your present time.  To make a move,
	simply notify Don Sutton or Hideo Hashimoto by the 20th of the month.
