As Chairman of the
Nominating Committee, it is my responsibility to present to the Board of
Directors by 8/1/10, a list of nominees, three
of whom will be elected to replace the three outgoing Board Members at the end
of 2010. Each of nominees has agreed to have their names placed on the
ballot for the election on 9/13/10. I have told them that if elected,
their term will be for a period of three years.
I am very pleased to present to you the following nominees:

Within this group of nominees there are differences, there is a spread of
individual ages and in the time they have been members of SSGC.
These differences should bring new ideas and perspectives to the
Board. On the other hand, I believe that there is a trait that is
consistent in this group of nominees and that is all of them love being a
member of SSGC, a trait that is vital.
